On December 5, 2022, Constellation Brands, Inc. (“Constellation” or the “Company”) issued presentation materials (the “materials”) to be used by the Company at various meetings with institutional investors or analysts, including during the Company’s previously announced participation in the 2022 Morgan Stanley Global Consumer and Retail Conference on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, which materials address, among other things, the Company’s strategic business initiatives, financial metrics, and operating performance, as well as outlook for the future, including capital allocation priorities.
