Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 4, 2022, APi Group Corporation (the “Company”) held a webcast/dial-in conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2022 and posted to its website a presentation (the “Presentation Materials”) that accompanied the webcast/conference call. Following the posting of the Presentation Materials, the Company updated the Presentation Materials to include a new slide (page 11, titled “2022 Guidance (cont’d)”) to detail the expected impact of foreign currency exchange rates on the Company’s 2022 forward-looking guidance. The updated version of the Presentation Materials is being made available at the “Investor Relations—News—Presentations” section of the Company’s website (https://ir.apigroupcorp.com/presentations) concurrently with the filing of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
