Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Znergy, Inc. ( “Znergy” or the "Company") announced it has added a new line of disinfectants and temperature detection solutions that cover surface disinfection, air disinfection and temperature detection, covering all of the high-touch points inside clients’ commercial premises designed to help clients maintain a clean and germ-free environment. The germicidal UV lighting kills bacteria and deactivates viruses without the harmful side effects of other chemicals which could affect customers and employees in such locations.
