Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 20, 2022, Diana Chafey gave notice of her intended resignation, effective on or about November 4, 2022, from the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. including its affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Company”), in order to pursue other opportunities.
