On October 4, 2022, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has received an initial deployment order totaling over $500,000 from a leading Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, with future considerations up to the multi-million-dollar amount over the next year.
A copy of the above-mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
