Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 20, 2021, we announced that our board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 93.5 cents per share of common stock,
unchanged from the previous quarter, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.74 per share. The dividend is payable February 12, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business February 1, 2021. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
