1. Open market sale effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. 
2. These shares of common stock are reported as directly owned by Rajendra Singh and are indirectly beneficially owned by his spouse, Neera Singh. With respect to these securities, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein, Neera Singh disclaims beneficial ownership, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that she is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose. 
3. These shares of common stock are reported as indirectly beneficially owned by Rajendra Singh and are owned directly by his spouse, Neera Singh. With respect to these securities, except to the extent of Rajendra Singh's pecuniary interest therein, such reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that such reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

These shares of common stock are reported as indirectly beneficially owned by Rajendra Singh and Neera Singh and are owned directly by The Hersh Raj Singh Education Trust of which Neera Singh is a co-trustee. With respect to these securities, except to the extent of Rajendra and Neera Singh's pecuniary interest therein, such reporting persons disclaim beneficial ownership, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that such reporting persons are the beneficial owners of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

These shares of common stock are reported as indirectly beneficially owned by Rajendra Singh and Neera Singh and are owned directly by The Samir Raj Singh Education Trust of which Neera Singh is a co-trustee.
