ITEM 7.01	REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On June 14, 2016, Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”) provided unaudited condensed consolidated financial information for its wholly-owned subsidiary Toys “R” Us-Delaware, Inc. (“Toys-Delaware”) (the “Toys-Delaware Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements”) as required under certain credit agreements and indentures. The information provided includes:


•	Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as of April 30, 2016, January 30, 2016 and May 2, 2015;


•	Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations for the thirteen weeks ended April 30, 2016 and May 2, 2015;


•	Condensed Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Loss for the thirteen weeks ended April 30, 2016 and May 2, 2015;
