On November 18, 2010, the Board of Directors of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. adopted the Premier Exhibitions, Inc. Annual Incentive Plan. The Annual Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K. The Plan accommodates annual performance-based cash bonus opportunities for executives, as determined by the Board of Directors. No individual awards were approved at this time.
