Robert H. Yanker was appointed by the Wausau Paper Corp. Board of Directors to be a Class II director of the Company on July 16, 2015.  

Mr. Yanker, 57, is a Director Emeritus with McKinsey & Company, with whom Mr. Yanker was affiliated from 1986 until his retirement in 2013.  Mr. Yanker received both his B.A. and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Mr. Yanker’s service on committees of the Board of Directors will be determined when the Board meets in August 2015.
