Other Events

On May 29, 2007, Washington Group International, Inc. issued a news release announcing a postponement of the special meeting of shareholders originally scheduled for October 30, 2007, to November 9, 2007. The postponement of the meeting will allow for the solicitation of additional votes in favor the proposed merger transaction providing for the acquisition of Washington Group by URS Corporation. A copy of this news release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
