On
April 13, 2018, Vanessa A. Wittman, a member of our Board of Directors and Audit Committee, informed the Chairman of the Board that she will not stand for re-election at our 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders but will serve on both for the remainder of her term. Ms. Wittman has advised the Chairman of the Board that her decision to not stand for re-election did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
