(b) On December 10, 2014, William Shutzer notified Mecklermedia Corporation (the “Company”) that he is resigning as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors effective December 31, 2014. His resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, but rather was due to personal reasons.
