Beginning on or about July 20, 2021, Advanced BioEnergy, LLC, (the “Company”) sent a letter to its Members updating them of the status of its Liquidation and Dissolution. Each Member was also sent a final distribution check for $0.332 per unit, or approximately $8.5 million in aggregate, for the 25,610,851 ABE units outstanding. A copy of the Member letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
