Other Events.

On August 30, 2005, Appleton Papers Inc. (“Appleton”) issued a press release announcing that BemroseBooth, a provider of secure and specialized print services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Appleton, will exit the traditional printing and binding portions of its information products business. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
