Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Earlier today, the United States Department of Justice filed a complaint against Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) regarding the dispensing and distribution of opioids in the United States. A copy of the Corporate Statement issued by Walmart in response to the complaint is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
