Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 1, 2021, Reginald D. Hedgebeth announced his intention to resign from the Board of Directors of The Brink’s Company (the “Company”), effective March 31, 2021. Mr. Hedgebeth submitted his resignation in connection with his recent appointment as Chief Legal Officer of Capital Group.
