On December 29, 2006, Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc. caused the issuance and sale of the Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR5, pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2006, among Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., as seller, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, and EMC Mortgage Corporation.
