Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 14, 2021, Madison A. Jobe, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Wingstop Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he intends to retire effective March 27, 2021. Mr. Jobe will continue in his role until the date of his retirement but will also work with the Company’s management to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities. Mr. Jobe, 66, joined the
Company in March 2017 as Chief Development Officer and has devoted approximately 50 years of service to the restaurant industry.
