On January 19, 2016, Organovo Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Barry Michaels, the Company’s chief financial officer (“CFO”), will retire after the end of the Company’s current fiscal year, which ends on March 31, 2016. The Company also announced that it plans to immediately commence an external search process to identify a successor and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. A copy of the Company’s news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
