Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Amendment Number Seventeen to Credit Agreement
On September 21, 2016, Erickson Incorporated (the “Company”) entered into Amendment Number Seventeen to the Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, and HSBC Bank USA NA, which modified the required level of borrowing capacity to be maintained, known as “Excess Availability,” to the following:
Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
