On February 21, 2017, Uni-Pixel, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it completed its previously announced public offering (the “Offering”) of 10,530,000 units, each consisting of one share of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Common Stock”), and a warrant to purchase 45% of one share of Common Stock.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
