        On or about July 11, 2007,  Residential  Asset Mortgage  Products,  Inc.
(the  "Registrant"),  as  depositor  for the RAAC  Series  2007-SP2  Trust  (the
"Trust"),  will  cause  the  issuance  and  sale  of the  Mortgage  Asset-Backed
Pass-Through  Certificates,  Series  2007-SP2,  including the following  classes
offered pursuant to a Registration  Statement on Form S-3 (File No.  333-140609)
filed by the Registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission:  Class A-1,
Class  A-2,  Class  A-3,  Class  M-1,  Class  M-2,  Class M-3 and Class M-4 (the
"Certificates").
