Item 2.02.	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 23, 2015, Google Inc. (“Google”) is issuing a press release and holding a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
