On July 27, 2017 Andrea Funk was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company. Ms. Funk currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge-Lee Industries LLC, a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of copper tube for water supply, air conditioning, refrigeration and a variety of commercial applications
based in Reading, PA. There are no arrangements between Ms. Funk and any other person pursuant to which Ms. Funk was elected to serve as a director of the Company, nor are there any transactions in which the Company is a participant in which Ms. Funk has a direct or indirect material interest.
