Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 8, 2016, Victoria B. Bridges provided the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Meritor, Inc. (“Meritor”) with notice of her resignation as a director of Meritor, effective January 24, 2017. Ms. Bridges has served as a director of Meritor since July 1999. Ms. Bridges’ decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with Meritor on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
