On December 4, 2017, as part of the overall restructuring plan of Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”), Toys “R” Us Limited (“Toys UK”), a U.K. subsidiary of the Company, commenced a company voluntary arrangement under applicable English law (the “CVA”). Pursuant to the CVA, Toys UK proposes that it will continue to service all of its obligations to creditors in the ordinary course other than compromising certain rent payments to landlords.
