On February 6, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved the Stifel Financial Corp. Wealth Accumulation Plan 2017 Restatement that modifies certain provisions and combines all previously filed amendments into a single document. A copy of the Stifel Financial Corp. Wealth Accumulation Plan 2017 Restatement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
