Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 21, 2014 DeVry Education Group Inc. (“DeVry Group”) announced that Christopher Begley, a director since 2011, has been appointed chair of DeVry Group’s board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Begley succeeds Dr. Connie Curran who passed away November 10, 2014. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
