Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 11, 2015, Farmer Bros. Co., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing
the groundbreaking on its new headquarters, roasting facility, distribution center and coffee lab to be located in Northlake, Texas. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The facility is expected to be approximately 538,000 square feet in total and is expected to include approximately 85,000 square feet for corporate offices, more than 100,000 square feet for manufacturing, and more than 300,000 square feet for distribution.
