Item 9: Legal Proceedings

 

On April 18, 2024, Music Licensing, Inc. (OTC: SONG) ("the Company"), alongside its CEO, Jake P. Noch, initiated legal action against certain unidentified parties. The lawsuit was filed with THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 20TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, under Case #: 11-2024-CA-000814-0001-XX.

 

Parties:

 

Plaintiff:

 

Jake P. Noch: A resident of Florida and CEO of Music Licensing, Inc.

 

Music Licensing, Inc.: A publicly traded corporation registered in the state of Nevada.

 

Defendants:

 

The defendants' identities are currently unknown, as they operate through various anonymous accounts on platforms such as X (formerly known as Twitter) and Stocktwits.

 

Nature of the Lawsuit:

 

The lawsuit alleges harassment, cyberstalking, and defamation against the plaintiffs by the unidentified defendants. The plaintiffs seek relief from the court, including:

 

Injunctive relief to cease the harassment and cyberstalking activities.

 

Monetary damages, including special, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

 

Reimbursement of attorneys' fees and costs incurred in addressing the defamatory statements.

 

Any other relief deemed just and proper by the court.
