On December 20, 2019, AES Ohio Generation, LLC (“AES Ohio”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPL Inc., together with AES Ohio’s co-owners in the Stuart and Killen retired generating facilities (the “Retired Facilities”),
completed the transfer of the Retired Facilities, including the associated environmental liabilities, to an unaffiliated third-party purchaser.
