Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS” or the “Company”), in order to report that on June 22, 2020 Mr. Mariano Batistella, who was appointed Regular Director by the Company’s General Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21st, 2020 and also a member of TGS’ Executive Committee, submitted his resignation to the position, due to personal reasons (the “Resignation”).

 

In this connection, we inform that the Resignation will be considered by TGS’ Board of Directors in its next meeting.
