Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On
November 21, 2019,
the Company held its annual meeting of shareholders for the fiscal year ending
March 31, 2019 (the
“Annual Meeting”). There were a total of 54,643,902 shares of
the Company’s
common stock eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting. A total of 43,527,484 shares of
the Company’s common stock were represented at the Annual Meeting either in person or by proxy. At the Annual Meeting,
the Company’s shareholders voted on the
following matters and cast their votes as described below.
1. The following persons were re-elected as Class III directors of
the Company to serve until
the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders for the fiscal year ending
March 31, 2022 and
until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation, removal or earlier termination of their term of office, by the following number of votes:
