portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.          

 The annual report dated September 30, 2014 for Equinox Chesapeake
Strategy Fund is in the process of being restated. As the       
beginning balances for the current fiscal year are subject to   
revision, we are unable to finalize the semi-annual report      
dated March 31, 2015.
