On March 18, 2020, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release addressing the addition of additional information to its website outlining COVID-19 activity throughout its portfolio as of close of business March 17, 2020. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
