On iOctober
20, 2020, Bryan Lamkin notified Adobe Inc. (“Adobe”) of his intent to retire as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Media. To ensure an orderly transition and continuity of operations, Mr. Lamkin plans to remain in his current role with Adobe into the first quarter of fiscal 2021 and will actively assist with the transition of his duties during that period.
