(1) A total of 400,000 stock options were granted on October 11, 2013, with a five year term, expiring March 31, 2018, and all with an exercise price of $5.00 per share. Of these stock options, 199,998 have vested as of March 31, 2015, with an additional 11,111 stock options vesting monthly, for a yearly total of 133,332 vesting March 31, 2016, and an additional 66,670 (an additional 3 options added for rounding) vesting through September 30, 2016.
