On November 8, 2019, CTS issued a press release announcing that Diana Murphy will be leaving the Board of Directors
following its Annual Shareholders Meeting in 2020. After nearly a decade, Ms. Murphy decided to rotate off the CTS Board to pursue other endeavors. She has no disagreements with CTS Corporation's officers, management, or board members. Mr. O’Sullivan stated, “on behalf of the entire Company and our Board, I wish Diana continued success as she moves on to pursue other endeavors.” A copy of this press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
