On March 10, 2020, Casey's General Stores, Inc. (the "Company") conducted a conference call with investors concerning its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2020. A copy of the transcript prepared by the host of the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
