Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February
11, 2020, Casey’s General Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Bill Walljasper will retire from his position as the Company’s Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer later this year, after 30 years of service to the Company, including the past 16 years as its CFO. The effective date of retirement has not yet been determined, however, Mr. Walljasper plans to remain as CFO through the completion of the Company’s fiscal 2020 year-end reporting and oversee a transition period with his successor, for whom a search will begin immediately.
