Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 16, 2019, L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (“L3Harris”) redeemed in full the $400 million principal amount of its 2.700% notes due April 2020 (the “Notes”) for $402,832,563.22, including accrued interest. L3Harris previously announced on November 14, 2019 that it was exercising its option to redeem the Notes at a “make-whole” redemption price as set forth in the Notes. As a result of the redemption, the Notes were terminated and cancelled.
