This filing amends Item 5.02 of the Current Report on Form 8-K of Slack Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) filed on December 4, 2019. On January 15, 2020, Michael M. McNamara was appointed to the compensation committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee
of the board of directors of the Company, in each case effective immediately.
