Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 23, 2020, Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”) and Canopy Growth Corporation (“Canopy Growth”) issued a press release to announce the implementation of Acreage’s previously announced amended arrangement under section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) involving Canopy Growth (the “Amended Arrangement”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
