Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Cosmos Group Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), received the resignation of Kai Chi WONG from his position as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective December 31, 2019. His resignation was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
