Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 6, 2020, Lantronix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing it will release financial results for its fiscal 2020 fourth quarter ended June 30, 2020 on September 10, 2020 after the close of the market, and providing revenue and non-GAAP earnings guidance for the fourth quarter.
