Renewal of Employment Agreement
On December 19, 2019, the Compensation and Human Resources committee of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) and AIMCO-GP, Inc., the general partner of AIMCO Properties, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”) extended the term of the Employment Agreement of Terry Considine, Aimco’s and the Partnership’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President. The Employment Agreement, effective from December 21, 2017, through December 31, 2019, was extended for an additional two years, from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2021. The remaining terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement are unchanged.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning defined in the Employment Agreement. The Employment Agreement is incorporated by reference as Exhibit 10.1 hereto.
