Moscow, Russia — March 19, 2020 – Mechel PAO (MOEX: MTLR, NYSE: MTL), one of the leading Russian mining and metals companies, announces that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
