On January 9, 2020, Stericycle, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Kurt M. Rogers, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will be stepping down from his position effective as of January 31, 2020. The Company thanks Mr. Rogers for his service to the Company and his many valuable contributions.
