Item 8.01Other Events.

On February 17, 2020, Triumph Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective immediately, it will combine its Integrated Systems and Product Support business units into a single business unit, Triumph Systems and Support. The Company will report its financial results under a two business unit structure – Systems and Support and Aerospace Structures. A press release relating to the combination is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
